Alguns verbos comuns: suggest (sugerir), recommend (recomendar), insist (insistir), demand (exigir), ask (pedir).
Exemplos:

(Eu sugiro que ela estude mais.)
The teacher insisted that he be on time.
(O professor insistiu que ele esteja no horário.)
They demand that the work be finished today.
Adjetivos comuns: important (importante), essential (essencial), necessary (necessário), crucial (crucial).
Exemplos:
It’s important that she know the truth.
(É importante que ela saiba a verdade.)
It’s essential that every student submit the assignment.
It is necessary that he speak with the manager.
Exemplos:
Their suggestion is that she be given another chance.
(A sugestão deles é que ela tenha outra chance.)
The requirement is that all employees attend the meeting.
I recommend that he/she/they/we/you study.
Não importa o sujeito (he, she, it, they), o verbo sempre fica igual.

Examples of the Base Form in the Subjunctive:
1. After Verbs Expressing Suggestions, Demands, or Requests
Suggest:
I suggest that she go to the meeting. (notice the verb suggest in the simple present)
They suggested that he study harder. (notice the verb suggest in the simple past)
Insist:
The teacher insisted that he be on time.
I insist that everyone leave the room immediately.
Demand:

Notice that we can use the verb ask with this structure too: "She asked him to help her move." (ask someone to do something). However, this is not the subjunctive mood. By the way, this form is a lot more common the the subjunctive when use the verb "ask."
