Alguns dos pontos gramaticais vistos nesse diálogo:
Modal verb SHALL.
Structure: shall + verb
Idea 1: Falando de uma coisa que está determinada a acontecer ou prometendo algo garantidamente.
Affirmative: I shall come to work this weekend.
Negative: I shall not come to work this weekend.
Interrogative: Shall I come to work this weekend?
OBS: A contração negativa de shall + not é shan't.
I shan't come to work this weekend. (shall not)
Idea 2: Sugerindo algo ou conferindo se é desejável que se faça algo.
A: Shall I bring you drink, ma'am?
B: Yes, please. A glass of white wine.

Short responses using "nor"
Structure: nor + auxiliary + subject
Idea: Concordando com uma frase negativa.
Robert: I don't like sushi. (simple present)
Frank: Nor do I. (note o auxiliar)
Charles: My sister doesn't have a job. (simple present)
Sarah: nor does my brother. (simple present)
John: My mother didn't cook last night (simple past)
Mary: Nor did my mother. (simple past)
Chris: I haven't finished my composition yet. (present perfect)
Julie: Nor have I. (present perfect)
Bob: I'm not hungry. (verb to be in the present)
Clark: Nor am I. (verb to be in the present)
E assim vai com todos os auxiliary verbs, modal verbs and verb to be.

Negative interrogative sentences
Structure: Use the auxiliary verb, modal verb or verb to be in the negative before the subject.
Idea: Geralmente, essa forma é usada para confirmar informações ou buscar concordância sobre um assunto.
Arent't you hungry?
Isn't she gorgeous?
Don't you live near here?
Didn't you work yesterday?
Haven't you seen this film yet?
Won't you take the rubbish out?
Wouldn't you love having a milkshake now?
